Single Event Permission Slip – Parents, this is the form you need your children to bring with them for any TCF overnight events (or camping trips).

TCF Event Policy – If you are interested in using the TCF building for an event, download this document to find out the necessary steps required. You will need to also download the Action/Project/Event Planning Form and submit it to the Administrative Assistant.

Action/Project/Event Planning Form – If you are interested in planning an event or project, you must complete and submit this form no later than 30 days before the event. Events will be prayerfully considered and you will be informed if the event will be approved as soon as possible.

Wedding Policy – If you are interested in using the TCF facilities for your wedding, please download this document to begin the process.

Ministry Update & Evaluation Form – Ministry Team Leaders fill out this form as their Ministry Descriptions determine.
